The Oxygen Advantage method trains smarter breathing for better performance, resilience, and focus. Wim Hof Method
The Wim Hof Method combines powerful breathing with cold exposure principles to build strength, energy, and mental toughness. 9D Breathwork
9D Breathwork is a transformational guided experience that combines breath, sound, and visualization to unlock deep relaxation, release tension, and create lasting mindset shifts. It’s accessible, safe, and profoundly impactful for groups — whether a sporting team building connection, students managing emotions, or corporate staff looking to boost wellbeing, creativity, and team harmony.

Option 1 - Facilitator Led Program

Bring the power of breathwork to life with weekly guided sessions delivered by Max, either in-person or via Zoom. Over 4 weeks, participants are introduced to Oxygen Advantage techniques for focus and performance, the Wim Hof Method for resilience and energy (adapted for age groups), and 9D Breathwork for deep relaxation and mindset shifts. This immersive option creates powerful shared experiences, building stronger teams, calmer classrooms, and more resilient workplaces while giving participants practical tools they can use every day.

With guided resources and short weekly modules, staff can introduce students, athletes, or employees to simple, effective breathing practices that improve focus, reduce stress, and build resilience. Over 4–6 weeks, participants learn practical tools from Oxygen Advantage, Wim Hof, and 9D Breathwork in an age-appropriate, accessible way, ensuring long-term benefits that fit seamlessly into daily life.

Option 3 - Two Hour Presentation

Max offers a powerful 2-hour presentation that brings breathwork to life. This engaging session combines education, practical exercises, and interactive group experiences, leaving participants inspired and equipped with simple tools they can use straight away. The presentation can stand alone as a motivational, wellbeing-focused event, or be paired with the teacher/trainer-led program to give staff the confidence and resources to embed breathwork practices into everyday routines.
